A Little Bit About Me...

Hi, I’m Fiona and I live on beautiful Dora Creek in Lake Macquarie. 

I have a background in education, event management, lots of community activities, was a singer in a band in my younger years and am very comfortable behind a microphone. I love interacting with people of all ages and I value the richness that celebrations and rites of passage bring to our lives. 

I have 10 years of experience under my belt, hold a Certificate IV in Celebrancy and am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants Association and The Celebrant Institute, so you can be assured of a professional to lead and guide you through all the legalities as well as someone who has a fabulous network of resources.

I always say age is a state of mind and I’m lucky that my family and friends all tell me I’m pretty open minded, a lot of fun, progressive and probably above all, easy to talk to and a good listener! 

I grew up in Australia but am actually Scottish and can still turn on my accent! My little brother recently bought me a plot of earth in my homeland, so I am now ‘Lady Fiona’ and would be happy to provide my services in character role if you’d like a touch of the Gaelic.

My first meeting with you is always free of charge and once we have made a firm commitment to work together I am available whenever you need me.
